In addition to all the services indicated in the Homeowner On-call plan Trinity will visit your home on any schedule you request (weekly, biweekly or monthly) and check all items on your homes customized checklist. A report will be sent to you following each check. Also included is an annual pool of hours (weekly checks have the highest amount of allotted hours) that you will have available for us to use to facilitate contractors for your home projects. Cleaning can be prearranged during any of our visits.
