Homeowner On-Call Plan

We provide a complete Home and Homeowner Review that has been customized to fit you and your home. Our standard checklist is attached and a partial menu of the services we can assist you with is included. Trinity will customize this checklist for your property and we will use it each time we visit your home. Armed with a the knowledge of your home, your requirements and preferences we are prepared to spring into action to clean and service your home.

Trinity provides all cleaning, and many services directly. Services that we do not perform directly we will facilitate for you, including gathering quotes, checking on any jobs progress, and reviewing the completed work.

When you need work done at your home Trinity will have the key. We help you find qualified contractors for any job. Trinity meets your contractor at your home and ensures that estimates are forwarded to you. If you decide to go ahead with the job, Trinity will provide your contractor access to your home (as per your direction), with whatever level of oversight you request from Trinity. This will include digital photos of before and after e-mailed to you.

Our standard level of service includes four steps:

1) Trinity recommends contractors to you, or coordinates with your present contractors to arrange for quotes on any home service you could need.

2) Trinity will meet your contractor (‘s) at your home. We will take pictures of the work to be done, and show/describe the job to the contractor so they may prepare you a quote.

3) If you decide to contract the job, Trinity will at your direction provide the contractor with the combination to your lock box to gain access to your home. We can as an option meet them at your home, and stay on the job if you would like.

4) Upon the jobs completion we will visit your home, take pictures of the completed work and send you a report including the pictures. We will during this visit change the combination on the lock box to insure only Trinity has the combination.

We are not paid a commission from any contractors and you contract with them directly. We ask all contractors we work with to provide you with the best price and recommend only contractors we know or have checked out. Many of the contractors we work with will provide you preferred pricing and service due to the volume of business we bring them. They put our customers on the top of their list!
