What Does Trinity Do?

Trinity conducts an extensive survey of your home. We familiarize ourselves with your home and the systems of your unique property. We take extensive digital photos of your home and property. The result is a complete digital photo library for our reference, your personal use and your insurance protection in the event of fire, storm damage or theft. A CD of all pictures will be sent to you for your records.

We gather information about any and all contractors you use, or prefer to use. Trinity will maintain an emergency list of all your contact numbers should we ever need to reach you or your contractors, and we set up a lock box at your home to allow us to respond when you need us.

Imagine seeing that the weather and your schedule looks good for the upcoming weekend to visit the lake, you call Trinity and your home is ready for you when you arrive. If you are called out of town without notice, call Trinity and we can collect the mail, feed your pets and water your plants until you get back.
